About our Organization Who We Are

At The Light House Denver, we believe children entering foster care deserve more than confusion, fear, and uncertainty. We exist to be a calm, compassionate place during that first difficult day, helping children understand what is happening while providing clothing, toiletries, comfort items, and emotional support. We also support foster and kinship families with practical resources, parenting support, classes, and connections to community partners. Our heart is to help children heal, grow, and thrive while reminding them they are seen, valued, and not alone.
