We are From the Heart Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit sanctuary located in the beautiful hills of Paso Robles, California. Our mission is to rescue special needs animals who find themselves in peril, rehabilitate them when needed, and give them a forever home filled with safety, compassion, and care. What began as a passion for helping vulnerable animals has grown into a sanctuary family that includes rescued huskies, horses, donkeys, goats, alpacas, sheep, mini-ponies, livestock guardian dogs, cats, and more. Beyond rescue work, the animals also help inspire children through educational art programs where kids learn about animals through creativity and connection. Every animal at the sanctuary is treated as family, and every life matters. We are committed to creating a peaceful environment where animals can heal, thrive, and live with dignity for the rest of their lives.
