West Point Community Wrestling Club and RTC Auction
The West Point Community Wrestling Club and Regional Training Center is a year-round wrestling program designed to enhance the skills and athletic development for the Department of Defense employees and dependents in the West Point area. We provide opportunities for physical, mental, emotional, and social development through the sport of wrestling. We provide elite coaching, high-level training and world-class facilities for those who have ambitions to train and compete at the high school, college, world, and Olympic levels, as well as Army wrestlers who wish to pursue the World Class Athlete Program. Please help raise funds by bidding, this will help the West Point Wrestling Club and RTC Build Champions! We need your help and remember that EVERY BID COUNTS!
The West Point Community Wrestling Club and RTC made some important progress in some key areas of our program: we established a USMAPS Head Wrestling Coach position, resident athletes, increased opportunities to compete outside of our season through the Regional Training Center (RTC) - US Open, World Team Trials, USA Wrestling Northeast Regionals, U23 Championships, U20 Championships, Pan Am Championships (3 Champions the last 2 years), World Championships - and of course we BEAT NAVY six of the past nine years. Exciting times for our program!
None of this progress, or any future progress, can be made alone. We firmly believe that there is no such thing as a self-made man, and there is no wrestling program that can thrive without the support of alumni, family and friends. The best programs in the country all have well-funded clubs and RTCs that allow them to hire the best coaches, bring in elite workout partners for their wrestlers, and train/compete year-round. We need YOU to help us Build Champions on and off the mat. We need your support and remember that EVERY BID COUNTS!
