Our Mission

Is to improve the health conditions of countries with few resources. Our means of accomplishing this goal is by training local community self-help groups and churches of hygiene, sanitation, the building of biosand water filters, and the development of sustainable businesses.
Each group we train is supplied with manuals, tools, and materials sufficient to capitalize their business. We have been implementing this business plan in Kenya for nine years. Nearly 5,000 families, schools, and orphanages are now free of diarrhea, typhoid, cholera, worms, and an ongoing list of waterborne illnesses. All this is done for under $70 per household, by using the biosand water filters. The nice part is they are serving a family for more than 20 years.
