Pickens County Humane Society is a non-profit organization that opened in 1972. PCHS's mission is to provide a refuge for stray and unwanted pets, to eliminate animal suffering and overpopulation through public education and to find the most suitable, forever home for each pet. Our focus here at PCHS isn't just finding adoptive homes, but rather finding the most suitable, forever home for the pets in our program! Pickens County Humane Society has goals of enhancing the program by growing services and providing more resources for the community. We believe that in a perfect world every pet would have a home and every home would have a pet! Every bid will make a difference!
