To register to use the Your Charity Auction Services, you will be asked to provide personal data, such as name, email address, telephone number etc. This personal data is not required, but without it you will not be able to create an account, enter an auction or win an item via our website.

b. Details of payments transactions you carry out through our website and of the fulfilment of such transactions, including your credit/debit card details/money orders.

For example, if you were the winner of a 6 Day, 5 Night Cabo Vacation, we would share your personal information with our premiere Travel Partner so that they can issue you an official travel certificate and assist you in booking travel. c.  Business Transfer. In the event that the Company is sold or has its assets acquired, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, or merges with another individual or entity, any user information owned or under the control of the Company may be one of the transferred assets. Your Charity Auction reserves the right, as part of this type of transaction, to transfer or assign your information.

e. Charities You Choose to Support at Your Charity Auction. We may share your information with a Charity to whom you have made a successful bid on an item (winner) or a voluntary donation via website.
