Orange County Sheriff's Office - Special Olympics
The Orange County Sheriff's Office has supported Special Olympians in our community for years. Please help us raise funds through our online auction. We want people with intellectual disabilities to become useful and productive citizens who are accepted and respected in their communities. The program currently serves ~300 athletes in 18 sports. Special Olympic athletes develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, build self-esteem, and form lasting and supportive friendships. Please help us by bidding on items of interest to you in our auction. EVERY BID COUNTS!
Why Special Olympics?
Since 1968, Special Olympics has been changing attitudes about the talents of people with intellectual disabilities.
By supporting this campaign, you are helping fund athletes all across North Carolina compete in 18 different sports. More importantly, you help provide opportunities to demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
