Adoption Connection, PA started out as Adoption Connection, Inc. in 1995. The founder was Judy Vasalinda. She had a heart for adoption and especially working with birth mothers. She herself made an adoption plan as a woman with an unplanned pregnancy and then later in life chose to adopt. In 2008, Adoption Connection, Inc. reincorporated into Adoption Connection, PA. As ACPA, we are now a full-service, non-profit, faith-based adoption and foster care agency.

We assist birth families, adoptive families, children, and placing agencies through the adoption journey, and educating the community to foster awareness about the incredible, life-giving sacrifice of adoption.

For our Foster Care Program Family Connections Family Connections, a program of ACPA, assists birth families, resource families, children, and placing agencies through the foster care and/or adoption journey and educates the community about the process.

We are a faith-based, full-service non-profit adoption and foster care agency and an affiliate of the State-Wide Adoption Network (SWAN). We are in the business of creating families. We work with birth mothers who make an adoption plan for their babies, we work with adoptive families who wish to build their families through adoption and we work with foster children who are in need of a permanent home. We provide guidance, support, and direct services to those who are considering the wide range of options that are available in todays world of adoption. We provide education about the options, the process, the legal issues, and the emotional journey ahead of birth, adoptive, and foster parents. We will also support, advocate, and care for these parents as they move forward with their decision to parent or create an adoption plan. We believe that adoption is a loving, self-sacrificing choice for women, and we consider it our privilege to work with them.
