City of Stories is a fundraising event supporting the Meridian Library District and celebrating community stories about the importance of libraries. This year, we honor the centennial anniversary of the Meridian Library District with "A Century of Stories," focusing on the library's history and its pivotal role in uplifting our community.

City of Stories is a hybrid event. The ticketed storytelling portion will take place on Thursday, September 26th, at the district's newest location in South Meridian at Pinnacle, offering our supporters an exclusive preview before it opens to the public (visit supportmld.org/century for more information and to reserve your ticket).

Join us for our online auction running September 23rd-28th to raise funds for new youth books. Explore a wide variety of items from local businesses, book and library-themed items, and perhaps a few whimsical items in memory of Figaro, the Centennial Cat.
