Collier County Medical Society launched the 501c3 charitable foundation in 2013. The Foundations mission is:provide support and leadership to programs that address access to healthcareand promote health education.As advocates for this mission, the Foundation board of directors is focused on success in four key areas:
1. Team with local academic institutions to grow their medical and health care programs and provideneed-based scholarships for our future medical professionals
2. Fund local programs that provide vital medical services to the underserved
3. Provide leadership, advocacy and support for key community health education programs
4.
