We are Dayton Recovery Project, a community-rooted recovery organization serving the West Side of Dayton and beyond. Our work is centered on dignity, connection, faith, peer support, family restoration, and long-term transformation. We provide healing spaces for men, youth, and families who have been impacted by addiction, trauma, incarceration, mental health challenges, and generational hardship.
Our founder, Marc Johnigan, understood recovery personally and believed deeply that people could rise beyond their past when given support, purpose, and community. Today, we continue that vision by walking alongside individuals and families as they rebuild their lives. Through peer-led support, mentorship, leadership development, and recovery-focused programming, we help people rediscover identity, stability, and hope.
